In this day and age where social media has pushed the idea that we all have to be well versed in personal branding, it is of utmost importance that we search, determine and wear clothes that shows the world our personal design aesthetic. This is so as to be consistent in presenting our style via our bodies in real-life and the inter-webs. This can be a great conversation piece which helps us to socialise. However, in a less connected and judgmental world I reckon we would be better off just trying to be healthy and not give a f*** about what we wear.

Think of our bodies as a canvas to be adorned by clothes and show off our style. By doing so by being consistent with design choices of clothes it reduces the decision making process when buying new clothes. I am not saying to wear the same clothes like some iconic figures in pop culture like Steve Jobs. However, by sticking to a consistent design template it can make the whole process simpler with having a bit of choice to really show off your style as well.
For instance my favourite go to shoes are Dr,Martins and a sporty overall look when it comes to aesthetics.

I want to show off the fact that I am a sporty person who also likes to switch it up with the use of vibrant coloured boots.

However, this can be cumbersome when you have off days and do not want to dress up. But by making the effort and going out there and letting your clothes make an impression first and foremost does help reduce depression and aids in meeting and talking to people.

So peruse through the internet and magazines and try out some styles and you never know, you might end up finding the perfect style for your body type and your personality in the process. Good Hunting!
