I think in this day and age where we are bombarded by stimuli on media to make us always a bit ultra peckish it is hard to stay fit and healthy. We can try to bargain with ourselves to control our urges by eating right during the week and then eating anything during the weekend. 

However even with control over the appetite, if we want to reduce our fat and increase our muscle mass there are two things that need to be done.

One is going to the gym regularly. Focusing on legs, back, chest, shoulders, and full-body. 

The other is to do cardio such as running regularly. The best is to use some form of tracking to ensure that we keep ourselves accountable to ourselves to keep being faithful to the cardio plan.

Doing the both alternating once every 2 days is essential to living a fit and healthy and live through life confidently as well.
